I have been a training consultant for more than 20 years.
My undergraduate degree is in education and I loved being a teacher for the launch of my career. Early on I discovered that I also had a real interest in business.
After finishing my MBA, I worked for a major New York bank, focusing on organizational development, training and human capital. I then took my HR experience to a large hospital system where I helped design and implement a comprehensive program to integrate the diverse cultures.
Finally, I decided that I wanted to work with many different industries. I took my training and experience and founded Terri Klass Consulting.
Being a consultant is a wonderful way to make an impact on an organization. The greatest satisfaction I get after concluding a program, is when companies express their gratitude and ask what other training I can provide. I have ongoing relationships with many companies who have utilized my services over a number of years.
Equally important is the feedback I receive from the participants. They often thank me for sharing something they previously did not know about themselves or helped them learn something new. When people leave my programs, they feel so empowered with a new toolbox of skills, techniques and strategies they had never considered using before.
This is my passion and the reason for my company. I believe in helping people do their best and achieve their highest potential. I am a very optimistic and enthusiastic speaker with the ability to inspire and motivate people to grow and develop in their careers.

I am a member of New Jersey ASTD, the National ASTD, the American Management Association and SHRM.
